Use Super Cancel to avoid conceding corners
Super Cancel (R1+R2) is one of the most important features in PES. If you don't activate it, players will keep running towards the ball as if they were "on rails", which has its downsides.
One of them is that you will concede your fair share of frustrating corners or throw-ins, as your player will keep running and possibly make contact with the ball, when it's clear that the threat is no longer present.
In this clip, I'm confident the opponent won't get to the ball. I'm still controlling the trajectory, but as soon as the ball is about to go out of play, I use super cancel to avoid any unexpected contact.
